About this workshop
Many of the ways we communicate, respond to conflict, and experience relationships are shaped by what we learned growing up. This workshop explores family roles, inherited beliefs, emotional patterns, and intentional ways to create healthier relationships.
What to expect
- A warm, therapist-led space for learning and reflection, in a small group.
- Guided exercises you can do privately. Sharing is always optional.
- Practical tools you can keep using after the workshop ends.
- An educational (psychoeducational) experience. It is not psychotherapy and not a substitute for individual care.

Who it’s for
Females 18+. Participants must be 18 or older. You don’t need to be an Elo Healing client to attend.

Educational, not therapy. Workshops are psychoeducational. They don’t provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, or individualized treatment, and attending doesn’t create a therapist–client relationship.
Privacy in the group. We ask everyone to keep what others share within the group. Because this is a group setting, confidentiality among participants can’t be guaranteed, so please share only what you’re comfortable with.
Age requirement. Participants must be 18 or older.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be a current Elo Healing client?+
No. Our workshops are open to anyone who fits the workshop's audience and age requirement. Attending a workshop doesn't make you a therapy client, and it doesn't start any clinical relationship with Elo Healing.
Are workshops the same as group therapy?+
No. Workshops are psychoeducational: a clinician guides learning, reflection, and practical tools in a supportive group setting. They are not psychotherapy, and they don't include diagnosis or individualized treatment. Our therapy groups are a separate offering with their own intake process.
Do I have to share personal experiences?+
Never. You're welcome to listen, reflect privately, and share only what feels right for you. Many of the exercises are personal and done on your own, and if you join virtually, keeping your camera on is optional.
Can I attend virtually?+
Each workshop lists how you can attend: virtual, in person, or both. For virtual workshops, we set each registered participant up in SimplePractice, Elo Healing's secure client portal, and your private join link is sent from there before the workshop begins.
What happens after I register?+
For free workshops, you'll see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email right away. For paid workshops, you'll complete payment on Stripe's secure checkout. Your spot is confirmed once the payment goes through, and you'll receive a confirmation and a receipt by email. We'll also send reminders 48 hours and 24 hours before the workshop.

Can I attend more than one workshop?+
Absolutely. Each workshop stands on its own, so you're welcome to join one or several. Just register for each workshop separately.
