1. The Site is informational only

The Site exists to share information about Elo Healing and our services and to let you reach out to us. The content on the Site — including text about therapy, mental health, trauma, attachment, identity, and related topics — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on the Site is medical, psychological, or clinical advice, and nothing on the Site should be used as a substitute for professional evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified provider.

2. No therapist–client relationship is created by the Site

Using the Site, reading our content, submitting the contact form, or scheduling a first conversation does not create a therapist–client, clinical, or professional relationship between you and Elo Healing or any of its clinicians.

A clinical relationship begins only after you and a clinician have completed an intake and any required agreements, and the clinician has formally agreed to provide care. Until that point, no clinical relationship exists, and you should not rely on the Site or any preliminary communication as care.

3. Not for emergencies

Elo Healing is not a crisis or emergency service, and the Site is not monitored for emergencies. The contact form and scheduling tools are checked during regular business hours and may not be seen right away.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, are in crisis, or are having thoughts of harming yourself or others:

• Call or text 988 — the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (available 24/7 in the U.S.)
• Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room
• In Florida, you may also contact your local crisis line or mobile response team

Please do not use the Site to communicate an emergency.

4. Eligibility and intended audience

The Site is intended for adults located in the United States, and our services are offered to clients in the State of Florida. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are a parent or legal guardian using the Site on behalf of a minor in your care. Information about services for children and families is intended for the adults responsible for them.

5. Booking and contacting us

When you schedule a first conversation, you do so through Calendly, a third-party scheduling tool subject to its own terms and privacy policy. A first conversation is a brief, get-to-know-you call to explore fit. It is not a therapy session, does not constitute treatment, and does not guarantee that we will be able to take you on as a client.

When you contact us through the Site, please do not include sensitive health information. We will provide secure tools for that once you become a client.

6. Fees and information accuracy

We try to keep information on the Site — including descriptions of services and fees — accurate and current. Fees, availability, services, and other details may change without notice, and the information on the Site does not constitute a binding offer. Current fees and terms will be confirmed with you directly before any services begin.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including the Elo Healing name, logo, brand identity, text, graphics, photography, and design — are owned by Elo Healing LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content or brand for any other purpose without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or security
• Upload or transmit malicious code
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users
• Use the Site in any way that is harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive

9. Third-party services and links

The Site relies on and links to third-party services, including Calendly (scheduling), Google (analytics), Vercel (hosting), and the 988 Lifeline. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party’s terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elo Healing LLC and its owner, clinicians, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site or its content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

This Section concerns the website only. It does not address or limit any rights or obligations arising from the actual provision of clinical care, which are governed by your client agreements and applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elo Healing LLC and its owner, clinicians, and contractors from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
